Exporting your Snap questionnaire into MS Word
You may wish to send your survey to someone via email as an attachment, or incorporate your Snap questionnaire into a Microsoft Word report. In order to do this, you need to export your Snap questionnaire as a WMF graphic file as shown in the steps below.

Step By Step
Step 1
Ensure you have your questionnaire open by clicking on the Questionnaire button on the snap toolbar 
.
Step 2
Now choose File | Export.
Step 3
Here you will find the questionnaire export window. You can choose to export to a WMF file by clicking on the format box and choosing Windows Metafile (WMF).
Step 4
Decide on your destination file i.e C:\Snap8\Test.wmf
Step 5
Click on 
and your file will be exported to wmf file format.
Importing the questionnaire into Microsoft Word
Step By Step
Step 1
Create a new document in Microsoft Word.
Step 2
Now go to Insert | Picture | From File.
Step 3
You will now need to find the files you have created. The files will be located wherever you saved them in snap e.g. C:\Snap8\Test.wmf
Step 4
Now click on the file and choose Insert. You will now find the survey has been imported into MS Word.
