Applying an image behind the questionnaire
Images can be used as a background for the entire questionnaire. These images can comprise of .BMP, .JPEG, .GIF or even animated GIF's. If Page Breaks are included in the design, the image will be displayed behind all pages and not just one as viewed in the Questionnaire Design window.
Step By Step
Step 1
With the questionnaire window open, enter the questions as normal.

Select the Page Setup button

From Page Setup select

From here you can browse to locate the image you require. There are some sample images provided within the Snap folder. You will locate these in C:\Program Files\snap7\Images
Step 5
With the image displayed use the Horizontal and Vertical settings to orientate the image.
Step 6
When complete click 
in the Picture and Page Setup dialog boxes to load the image into the questionnaire.
