Description
Position is a cross-functional position between Technical Support and SurveyShop.
Tech Support
Under direction of the Tech Support Manager, responsible for providing external support of Snap and Snap WebHost users, while maintaining high standards of customer service. Works closely with Tech Support members to complete assigned projects. Person required to perform, but not limited to, the following tasks:
- Responsible for providing telephone and email support to Snap users including liaising with the UK support and development teams where necessary.
- QA testing new versions of Snap and Snap WebHost software.
- Maintain topical knowledge of Snap Surveys markets, products, and services.
- Other duties at the request of the manager
SurveyShop
Under direction of the SurveyShop Manager, performs project management and administrative support to department members. Person required to perform, but not limited to, the following tasks:
- Respond for and fulfill all web hosting requests
- Develop 1st draft survey design builds
- Facilitate 1st draft estimates for client quote requests
- Fulfill marketing/sales mail and email campaigns
- Update client prospect database
- Develop department project filing system
- Minor research into potential clients/markets and competitors
- Scanning and data entry on an as-needed basis
- Other duties at the request of the manager
Technical Requirements
- Solid MS Office Skills (Outlook, Excel, Access)
- Familiarity with FTP software/process
- Image editing software experience desirable but not necessary (Photoshop or similar software)
- General html skills desirable but not necessary
Qualifications
A background in customer service with a focus on technical support requested. Project management and administrative experience helpful. Knowledge of web based training tools is a plus. 2+ years experience desired.
