Focus on: Add impact with an instant Snap poll

SnapShot Poll is the new polling software soon to be launched by Snap Surveys. This new software can be used to conduct one-question polls from your website or via email. Whether you want to spice up your website and interact with your visitors or conduct a poll as part of a research project, this new software gives you both options. What’s even better is its FREE; you don’t even need to a subscriber to Snap to use it.

Worksheet on Using Snap e-viewer to share survey results
If you have created many tables and charts in Snap there is a quick and easy way to share them with colleagues and clients. You can export them to a Snap e-results Viewer file, and then give other people that file, which they can then look at using the free, downloadable Snap e-viewer. View worksheet.
Monthly Tip
You can use the Toggle Details button 
on the Snap e-viewer window to display details about your analyses, including any notes that you have added to tables and charts. Read more tips here.

Sheltered Tenants Benchmarking Club launched
Following on from the success of our General Needs Tenants STATUS Benchmarking club we're now setting up a Sheltered Tenants Benchmarking club too. As a member of the club, we will pool your data to help you to discover how your performance compares with other RSLs.
SurveyShop has a wealth of experience in working with the Housing Sector assisting with a wide range of services from full project management of STATUS surveys to individual services such as: questionnaire design, focus groups, data processing, report writing, presentations and workshops.
